1. It's time for me to buy a new PC or Notebook.

2. Malls; it's not a bad place for relaxation.

3. I must be overweight by now, had a lot of appetite these past few days.

4. A personal relationship with the Lord is the best thing I have ever known.

5. My spiritual life is simply happy & beautiful.

6. The last time I laughed really loudly was when I'm dining out with some friends last week.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to sleep early, tomorrow my plans include finishing some tasks and Sunday, I want to go out malling with my sis and her kids after Sunday Service!

Beautiful landscape around the vicinity of the Shrine

Located in Punta, Engaño, Mactan Island, Cebu City. Mactan Shrine is dedicated in honor of the Battle of Mactan. It's one of the most significant event in the Philippine History where Lapu-Lapu, a native chieftain (regarded as our first national hero) have won over the Spanish soldiers led by Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan.

Indeed a "must see" place for every Filipino & tourists as well.

I really had to hurry while taking these pictures, we just drop by @ Liliw, Laguna to buy some pasalubong.

We came from a team building in a resort in Nagcarlan and our group decided to take a peek of their products.

BTW, Liliw is known as one of the finest makers of footwear and bags in the Philippines.

And...here we go!

1. Being broken hearted is not the end of the world, just let go and move on.

2. Sitting here, listening to the sound of rain falling, I feel so relaxed and peaceful.

3. Starbucks coffee tastes so good!

4. Sometimes, putting others first is not always the right thing to do. It's a case to case basis.

5. Snorkeling is breathtaking, really.

6. Well, maybe there is nothing wrong with being frank. It's just a matter of saying the right word at the right time.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to start with another book to read, tomorrow my plans include playing badminton in the afternoon and Sunday, I want to drop by at a nearest mall for my grocery, after Sunday Service.

MABETH'S TREAT @ GREENWICH

We always make "lambing" whenever a former colleague visits us. A treat is a must! So we never missed the opportunity when our dear friend Mabeth dropped by at our office last week.

Since we're so easy to please, I mean to feed, LOL! We only chose to dine @ Greenwich. Aside from their very affordable food, we particularly like their outlet in Galleria 'coz we like the ambiance of the place. It's actually one of the best branches of Greenwich which doesn't look like a fast food chain with their ooohhh so comfy couch & chairs.

2. The Ironic Christian's Companion: Finding the Marks of God's Grace in the World by PATRICK HENRY is the book I'm reading right now.

3. July brings back memories of my bestfriend Jen's migration to OZ last year which left me really sad but I have moved on.

4. A friend of mine was obvious about her feelings with my other friend.

5. They say if you tell your bad dreams it will not come to pass.

6. When making a big decision in life, it's always best to think it over and analyze the whole situation.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to have a chat with a former colleague, tomorrow my plans include going to our province in Laguna and Sunday, I want to visit our Sunday School!

FOOD TRIP @ CAUSEWAY

Lunch out!!!... We've all agreed to have lunch @ Causeway, Libis last Saturday, for a change! We're all craving for something new. I mean, a new resto to try on but affordable at the same time. And Causeway seemed to be a perfect place.

Saturday's been a food trip day for us. We usually try different places to dine. Well, I guess it's something that our group have one thing in common of. And since it's also a bonding time for all of us.

Photo taken during our Team Building in a private resort somewhere in Rizal. If I remember it right, I think it was about five years ago. Yet, this picture is so memorable to me 'coz it's my first time to try kayaking. Though we've just done it in a lake, it was still a thrilling experience for me and for my pals.
